Reporting Violations of Georgia Tech’s Policies of Protection for Human Participation

Any person with concerns regarding the appropriate conduct of studies involving human participants may report those concerns without the fear of reprisal or future discrimination. No Institute student, employee, or committee member shall be discriminated against or be subject to any reprisal for reporting concerns or violations of regulations or standards under 45 CFR 46. Persons with no formal relationship with this Institute are encouraged to register their concerns, also without fear of reprisal or future discrimination.

Concerns and/or violations may be reported to the Associate Vice Provost for Research, to the IRB Chair, or to the Director of Research Compliance, listed below, or to IRB members. Concerns may be presented in person, in writing (including email), or by telephone.
