Apply for Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) Review

To apply for IBC review:

1) Email a completed registration form to the Office of Research Compliance at biosafety@gatech.edu.

2) Attach statement of work or project description form grant application.

3) Obtain signature of Department Head and Principal Investigator on registration and mail the form to the Office of Research Compliance (mailcode: 0420).
